This past weekend, I dived into gem elixir-making, crafting two unique blends with the guidance of radiesthesia to find the ideal stones for my health. One elixir features orange calcite and citrine, which gave remarkable readings for supporting liver health, digestion and boosting energy. The second blend, made with hematoid rose quartz, offers grounding and calming energies. As a certified Crystal Reader, trained through Judith Lukomski’s Certified Crystal Reader’s Course and Judy Hall’s Crystals course, I’m constantly expanding my knowledge of how these powerful tools can support our well-being.
For the preparation, I used the indirect method—placing stones near but not directly in the water. Sunlight infused their vibrational qualities into the water through glass, capturing their essence without direct physical contact*. I also experimented with quartz crystal test tubes to further imprint the crystal patterns, though the method has some size limitations. The process was also enhanced by nature’s elements—a partly sunny day with a touch of rain—adding a unique vibrational signature to each elixir.
I preserved some of the elixirs in dosage bottles with apple cider vinegar and am now testing them by taking a small amount daily. My gemological studies with AGT in Thailand, alongside foundational insights from Gurudas’s gem elixir work and Leslie J. Franks’s Stone Medicine, plus training with Sarah Thomas from the Shift Network, continue to inspire this journey. With further learning on the horizon, such as Dr. Robert J. Gilbert’s teachings at the Vesica Institute, I’m excited to see how these blends evolve and enhance my daily practices.

The indirect method of making gem elixirs ensures that the crystal's energy is safely and powerfully imprinted into the water without physical contact, preventing any transfer of potentially harmful substances like heavy metals. This approach offers a safe, gentle yet effective way to harness the stone's vibrational qualities.
