Gratitude Journal

Updated: Apr 1, 2022

I'm enjoying filling out my 2020 Gratitude Diary. The one I'm using is by Melanie Spears, but it can be in any form you like. Gratitude automatically raises our vibration, which makes manifesting the life of our best dreams easier.

Today I’m grateful that I was able to return to aqua aerobics for the first time since the lockdown and enjoy a full body work out without stress. I’m grateful to get some messages out to friends and new contacts. I negotiated an offer for gardening services down to about a third, to set up a rose garden. The new microphone I ordered arrived, so I can start making video content for Dream Life NZ soon.

I like the way this Gratitude Diary gives us astrological information for the month, like reminding me that the Moon’s North Node is now in Gemini and the South Node is in Sagittarius. Spears says “Maturity is revealed when we can entertain other viewpoints and not immediately come from a place of dogma, or “I am right and you are wrong … Be open to not knowing everything and see what happens.” We can even be grateful to learn from other viewpoints :)

In his book Reality Transurfing Steps I-V, Vadim Zeland reminds us to be grateful to our current circumstances, even if we want to change them. This is because “Our thoughts always come back to us like a boomerang”, so the more we accept our current situation and let go of feelings of resentment, the more we change things for the better. As Marie Kondo informs us, even the things we plan to throw away deserve our gratitude.

“One very clear conclusion can be drawn from all that… You are always on a lifeline that represents the quality of your energetic vibration.” Vadim Zeland.
